Kittansett Wedding Studio Shots
My floral studio is in full swing today with this weekend's wedding of Sarah and Ryan. The bride has chosen an incredible display of pink and white flowers that will look awesome on crisp white linens at the reception at The Kittansett Club. The flowers will be displayed in lush mounds in ribbon trimmed vases. To add that perfect romantic glimmer we have trimmed the votive candles in a double layer of satin ribbon and Swiss gemp. My favorite detail of the wedding is sure to be the candy bar. I love doing my taste tests to make sure that the candy is ok for the guests to eat....te, he, he.
We also received an order from a romantic husband who wanted to send his wife flowers while he was away on business. I spoke with him and told him that sending a gorgeous phaleonopsis orchid would be lovely and would provide a gorgeous burst of freshness in the home for many weeks to come.
All in all it is a nice way to spend the day moving from one creative project to another. The smell of the orchids drifting through my office and studio is simply devine. Over the next twenty four hours you will see the details coming together and I am going to wait outside of that church for my shot of the bride in her gorgeous dress.
